The Network

The other side of Arete Invictus, the Network, is what makes us.

Recruiting

We recruit military personal, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, security guards, EMTs, Paramedics, agents, PMCs, and patriots.

Interview

A interview must be conducted to join the Arete Invictus network. A series of questions will be asked, documents such as DD-214 and resume must be provided and a background check.

Membership

Receive membership benefits. Be able to join the main chat on signal and Facebook. Also have access to the discord group.

We search on the internet for you and get word from our connections and provide it to our group chats so our members don't have to waste time researching.

Resume Building

We provide advice on how to create a resume. We tell you key words or phrases you should use when organizing your resume.

Word On The Street

Sometimes information is not provided on company websites, we have connections that can give us instant updated information on a contract, new jobs, requirements, bonuses, threat level, and more.

Training Events

We host training events on property that we own or local ranges. Sharing is caring among members. We organize a yearly meet up in a new location for training and conferences.

News Alerts

The world can be crazy sometimes. We provide urgent news on jobs and world events.

Counseling & VA Support

Our counselors provide care to our members through talks and as well as guidance. If you need help with dealing the VA we can answer your questions.

Divisions

Gathering Intelligence Division (GID)- This division gathers intelligence for the Network through online research, ground reconnaissance, communication from partners, background checks, and more.

Cyber Division (CyOps)- This Division protects the Network from online threats, organizes membership records, Maintains the website, and works closely with GID for operations.

Security Operations Division (SecOps)- The mission of this temporary division is to organize and provide security in certain situations. While not a permeant force, members can be called to cover positions at job sites or operate during civil unrest.

Shadow Operations (ShadowOps)- Used for secret missions that help other organizations fight against human-trafficking, criminal activity, and training. Motto is "Opus Umbrae" meaning shadow work.

Ranks

-Task Force Commander - leads the network

-Task Commander / Force Commander - Two ranks with different missions

-Platoon leader (PL) - Charge of members within a single state

-Squad leader (SL) - Charge of a squad within a state

-Grunts - Regular member
