Where It All Began

The idea started in the mountains of Afghanistan. The group was formed and named Arete. The original goal was to focus on preparing each other to contract overseas together however things changed. Other friends from the military or security were added, overtime the membership grew and different structures were experimented with. Finally Arete was transformed into Arete Invictus on Jan 1, 2025 with the idea of becoming a company, one months later this was achieved.

The Purpose of Arete Invictus has also changed. Our mission is to find the purpose of our members. We believe that being a protector is the true nature of men, that defending others can help discover who they truly are. Many veterans lack a purpose after service, finding work in security and defense can help them regain some of their purpose. We are not just a business or a network, but a brotherhood. Our Business Provides essential security services for our clients but our Network forms the center of Arete Invictus with knowledgeable, talented, and skilled experts in the field.

The Business Deals with Clients and Their Needs. The CEO and the COO Establish Contracts and Form Relationships with Clients to Provide Security Services.

Network

Networking Is Essential To Building Yourself Up and Moving To Higher Positions. The Network Serves Our Members By Providing Certain Benefits Like Resume Building, Links To Jobs, Info On Contracts & Locations, and Internal Training.

Arete is a Greek word meaning excellency (This is what we strive do) and sharp mountain edge (How dangerous we are), Invictus means unconquered (We wont be defeated).

The colors Red, White, and Blue represents America. There is two Greek letters L opposite of each other for our connection to Greek history of warfare.

Building A Force

We are attempting to create a force in readiness that is prepared for all situations and emergencies. Our members have fought in Iraq, Afghanistan, faced rockets in Israel, dealt with locals in Kosovo, fought the Russians in Ukraine, faced criminals and gangster head on in the streets of America.
