Join the military or Law Enforcement
These institutions provide the foundations to become a PMC. They teach teamwork, discipline, order, tactical skills, shooting and others.

If you want to get hired then you need to create a resume, make it look organized and professional. Apply on company websites or talk to a recruiter.
Invest In Yourself
In order to pass interviews and physical tests you must train hard. Workout constantly, eat healthy, shoot more often, and learn about the company and the course before you go.
Most fighting is through firearms and drones these days but once in a while hand to hand combat is used. We see this in Ukraine today.
