Boxing: Focuses purely on punches, footwork, and head movement.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing): Uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins, plus clinch work.

Karate: Emphasizes linear strikes, blocks, punches, and kicks.

Taekwondo (TKD): Known for dynamic, high-flying kicks.

Kickboxing: Combines boxing with kicks, often from Karate/Muay Thai.

Judo: Focuses on throws (nage-waza) and groundwork (osaekomi-waza).

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): Excels in ground fighting, leverage, and submission holds (chokes, joint locks).

Wrestling: Strong emphasis on takedowns, control, and pins.

Mixed Martial Arts: Blends techniques from various arts (BJJ, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing) for a well-rounded approach
